Q: How long does it take to set up an event page?
Most event pages are live within 1 business day, once approved.

Q: Do I need to use a third-party ticketing service?
No. EventRSVP handles registrations and ticketing end-to-end. From RSVP tracking to e-ticket generation, it’s all in one place.

Q: Can I limit the number of guests or offer ticket tiers?
Yes. We support guest caps, waitlists, VIP tiers, and even exclusive invite-only lists.

Q: Will guests receive confirmation emails automatically?

Q: How does the check-in process work?
Guests can check in using a QR code on arrival. You can track attendance in real-time from your dashboard.

Q: Can I get a copy of the “checked in” report?
Yes. We will provide you with a list of all who “checked in” so you can see who attended and who did not.

Q: Is my event data secure?
Absolutely. We use encrypted connections and secure hosting. Your guest data is never shared.

Q: Do you keep any payment information on file?
No. We use secure 3rd party Stripe to handle all payment information and do not keep any payment information on file.

Q: What support do I get?
Our team is available via phone or email during business hours, and urgent event-day support is always on standby.
