By purchasing a ticket or registering to one of our events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Tickets must be presented (either printed or digital) for entry. The name on the ticket must match the attendee’s ID, unless otherwise advised.
- Entry may be refused if a ticket is damaged, defaced, or invalid.
2. Changes, Postponement or Cancellation
- Pink Caviar Events reserves the right to make alterations to the event program, speakers, timing or venue if necessary.
- In the case of event cancellation, a full refund will be provided to ticket holders via the original payment method.
- If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the notification of the date change.
3. Behaviour & Safety
- All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Pink Caviar Events reserves the right to remove any person who behaves inappropriately or breaches venue or event rules.
- Attendees must comply with all instructions from event staff, security, and venue personnel.
- For safety and security reasons, bags may be subject to inspection upon entry.
4. Photography & Filming
- By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes. If you do not wish to be captured, please notify the team upon arrival.
- Speakers and performers retain the rights to their material. Use of cameras or recording devices during sessions may be restricted.
5. Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Caviar Events accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred by attendees.
- You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings throughout the event.
6. Accessibility & Special Requirements
- We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. If you have specific access or dietary requirements, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event.
7. COVID-19 or Public Health Guidelines
- All attendees must follow the current public health guidelines and venue-specific safety protocols in effect at the time of the event.
- If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you stay home and contact us to discuss transfer options, where possible.
8. Age Restrictions
- Unless otherwise specified, our events are intended for attendees aged 18 years and over. ID may be requested upon entry.
